我們將安排於 GCP 上架設額外的相同服務資源,以實現資源分散化,加強系統的穩定性,確保服務不中斷,從而避免類似今日的異常狀況再次發生。

The system operation has been thoroughly observed, and it is now running stably. Moving forward, we will collaborate further with the AWS technical team to confirm the root cause of the anomaly and ensure that the issue does not recur.

We will set up additional service resources on GCP to achieve resource decentralization, thereby preventing similar anomalies from occurring again. We are committed to further enhancing system stability to ensure uninterrupted service.
